Your Summer Vacation Destination

Shadybrook sits in the heart of quaint Windermere, BC, on the warm side of the Rockies, less than 3 hours from downtown Calgary. The town of Invermere, full of cute shops and a wonderful Saturday morning market, is only 10 min away.

Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs are 15 min, and Panorama Ski and Mountain Bike Resort 25 min from your RV site. Our RV sites are rented seasonally so your family will make many new friends over the summer and we have 3 overnight sites that your other friends can rent when visiting.

With a boat launch, fuel station, convenience store and full pro shop including rentals, Shadybrook is the obvious choice for making the most of your Canadian summer.

Our Amenities

NIGHTLY SITES

3 Sites Only

Overnight sites are available for the general public. A minimum booking of 2 nights (low season) and 7 nights (high season) is required. Shadybrook makes for a perfect camping option if you are exploring the area or visiting a friend at Shadybrook.

Overnight sites are full service. Guests are not permitted to bring a boat if staying in the guest sites.

Overnight sites require a reservation to ensure the site is available and do book up in early spring for the season.

SEASONAL SITE

Are you looking for a place to call your summer home? Open from April to October, you are able to enjoy the property as much as you like and leave your trailer on site during the winter months. All sites are full service (majority are recently renovated and upgraded to 50 AMP) and allow you the option to rent a boat slip, if available.

There are no available sites for 2025; please contact us about joining the waitlist for future seasons.

Who owns the resort?

Shadybrook Resort and Marina is owned and operated by Sunchaser RV Resorts. There is an onsite manager to handle all of the day to day operations.

What is the term of the license?

Seasonal sites are rented for one season, RV Resort: Open Early April to October 15. Sites are renewed in the Fall, allowing you to leave your trailer on the site.

Can I use the campsite in the winter?

No. Sites fees generally increase due to inflation or improvements to the resort.

Do the site and boat fees change from year to year?

Yes. Prices typically increase year over year

Are boat slips available if I buy a boat?

Boat slips are renewed in the Spring. If a boat slip is available, it is offered to seasonal campers based on seniority.
