Overnight RV Sites and Penthouse cancellations received within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your entire payment. Cancellations received before the 30-day period are subject to a cancellation fee, the remainder, excluding the booking fee, is to be refunded to the credit card on file. For any no-shows or early departures, the camper will be responsible for the full amount of their reservations and management may re-rent the site at their discretion. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for inclement weather.
